Hey!! You can call me mother moron recently earned that title due to the way my little cherub of a daughter speaks to me.I am 43 married with two daughters.I have already done the teen years once with my eldest “G” who is now 24.I am now reliving the dream with my younger daughter “A” The reason for this blog is somewhere for me to let off some steam from constantly being made to feel like and spoken to like I am a moron!!

Started my Monday morning being woken up at 6.30 am by the dog rather loudly licking her arse!! Not the nicest of sounds to wake up to.
By 7am “A” has appeared from her room grunting and making some strange sound that only she seems to understand.I just hide in bed in fear that’s she enters my room.When I suddenly realise her acceptable school shoes are still in the car 😱😱😱 I prepare myself mentally to go downstairs and fight the battle for her to wear the right shoes.
Off A stomps leaving slammed doors and gates behind her to the car to retrieve school shoes she won’t get into trouble for.Apparently so hard done by because I’m saving her getting into trouble for at least that at school….As she forces her little trotters into said shoes I am informed they are to big for her 😳😳😳 I made the mistake of suggesting if she undid the laces they wouldn’t stretch and they would be tighter when redone up.Common sense I thought forgetting that some teens just don’t have that it seems the vacate the human brain in teen years.
In amongst the grunts I did manage to hear how I always have to start she was happy this morning till I approached her….for making A follow the rules I’m sure the poor teachers will suffer the full force of A the almighty today ….
This moron mother is off to enjoy tea in peace and wait for the daily messages fron school to start rolling in 🫖☕️
